If you are seeking someone to help navigate difficult life issues in a safe and confidential environment, I am available to consult with you virtually or person-to-person. I am someone who will walk side by side with you and help you make sense of your challenges and work toward meaningful solutions.

In addition to my formal education, I am trained in the integration of psychology and spiritual formation and am able to blend both should you want or need this. Since I believe the body, mind, and spirit are intimately connected, I take each one seriously in order to promote growth toward a sense of purpose and well-being. Often our bodies need to rest, our minds need peace, our hearts need to open, and our souls need to breathe. We all seek wisdom, truth, and tenderness.

As a spiritual director, I will listen to your words and to your heart because I think we would be very surprised to know what our souls are saying to God. And often God responds in whispers, nudges, or even silence. I will listen deeply both with you and for you as you seek to hear your voice and the voice of God.
